Refund Policy
This policy explains when fees for subscriptions, prepaid API credits, and other digital services may or may not be refunded.

This Refund Policy applies to digital services provided by Belin Doc, including subscriptions, prepaid API credits, and related service entitlements offered through belindoc.com.
1. General Rule
Except where required by applicable law, fees paid for digital services, subscriptions, prepaid API credits, or points are generally non refundable once access has been provisioned, subscription service has started, or credits have been added to your account.
2. Subscription Plans
- Subscription plans are charged as one-time payments and do not auto-renew, no manual cancellation is required.
- Paid access remains valid until the end of the billing term for which you paid.
- We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
3. Prepaid API Credits and Points
Prepaid API credits, points, and other prepurchased service entitlements are intended for use within the Service. Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved under this policy, unused or partially used credits are not refundable, redeemable for cash, or transferable.
4. Limited Refund Exceptions
We may approve a refund or credit in the following situations:
- Duplicate Charge: you were charged more than once for the same order or renewal.
- Non Delivery Due to Our Technical Error: you paid for access or API credits, but we failed to deliver the service and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transaction: the charge is verified as unauthorized after review.
- Legal Requirement: a refund is required by applicable law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@belindoc.com and include, if available, your account email, order ID, payment receipt, and a brief explanation of the issue. We generally review requests within three business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it is generally sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take approximately five to ten business days before the refund appears on your statement.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first when reasonably possible so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may lead to temporary suspension of account access while the issue is reviewed.
