The translation result isn't satisfactory — what can I do?
Try switching to a stronger AI model or applying a glossary to keep your terminology consistent, then re-run the translation. If the issue persists, email us the file and a short description and we'll help you fix it.
My payment failed or the credits haven't arrived — how do I fix it?
Payments are usually credited within a few minutes. If your balance hasn't updated, email support@belindoc.com with your order number and a screenshot, and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
How do I reach a human?
Contact human support at support@belindoc.com. For orders, refunds, account issues, or file privacy questions, include your account email, order number, screenshots, or relevant details so we can investigate.
How do I request a refund?
If the issue cannot be resolved, you can request a refund under our Refund Policy. Email support@belindoc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the reason for the request, and our team will review it within 24 hours.
Are my files secure?
We delete your original and translated files within 24 hours after translation is complete. History keeps only necessary task information for lookup and support; email us if you need help with a specific record.
How many free pages do I get?
Every account includes free monthly translation pages that reset each month. See the Pricing page for current limits and paid plans if you need more.
