I mostly translate math papers, and in regular translation mode the formulas always got badly mangled. After trying Premium translation, the result honestly fully met my expectations.

Revision support
Refine the result after delivery
No need to upload the file again. Describe the terminology, layout or tone changes you need, and a new version is generated from the existing result.
Example revision requests:
- Keep "blockchain" translated the same way throughout
- Re-align that table on page 3
- Make the tone more formal — this is for a client
A revised version is generated
The relevant pages are reprocessed based on your request, while the previous version remains available for comparison.
Multi-role processing, not one-pass translation
Every premium translation goes through translation, editing and checking stages, with extra attention to terminology, style, numbers and layout consistency.
Translatoragent
Builds a dedicated glossary and produces the first full draft with full-document context.
Chief editoragent
Reviews and polishes, unifies style and phrasing, and safeguards overall quality.
Revieweragent
Checks terminology consistency, numbers and omissions, page by page.

Real feedback from BelinDoc Premium translation beta testers
We constantly deal with scanned contracts from clients — image-only PDFs — and my fear is always that stamps, signature blocks and clause numbers end up scrambled after translation. This time the seals and signature positions matched and the clause hierarchy held, so legal could annotate my draft directly instead of cross-checking the original page by page.
During a bid the worst headache is terminology — the same product name shows up as A in one place and B in another, and reviewers spot it instantly. Across dozens of pages the terms were finally consistent the whole way through; I used to run several rounds of global find-and-replace by hand. I also used the post-edit to make a couple of passages more formal before delivery.
Noticed one page where a chart and the body text were misaligned, sent a screenshot to ask about it, and a new version was regenerated quickly — problem solved. Honestly faster support than I expected, and the whole thing still saved me at least half a day versus re-laying-out page by page.
BelinDoc's regular translation is already pretty good, but translating Chinese into English I sometimes hit obvious font-size inconsistencies. Premium translation has completely fixed that, and it's excellent at keeping the style consistent across the whole document and preserving the formatting throughout. Big thumbs up to BelinDoc Premium translation.
A purely scanned document from over a decade ago, the paper yellowed — I genuinely thought it was hopeless. But OCR, translation and layout all happened in one pass, even the table rules and columns from the original were rebuilt, and accuracy was way higher than I expected. Being able to revive old material like that is hugely valuable to me.
Frequently asked questions
How is Premium Translation different from regular translation?
Regular translation is best for everyday reading and quick drafts. Premium Translation is designed for contracts, tenders, annual reports and manuals, adding terminology consistency, layout restoration, page-by-page QA and revision support.
Which file formats are supported?
PDF (including scans), up to 50 pages and 500 MB per file. Scans are first restored via OCR, and the original layout is preserved on delivery.
How do I get Premium Translation quota?
Max members automatically receive a fixed number of premium pages each month, refreshing on the 1st. Regular users can upgrade to Max or contact us to enable quota directly. Top-up packs will be added later.
Can I revise the result after delivery?
Yes. Describe what should change, such as unifying a term, adjusting a table on a page, or making the tone more formal. A new version is generated while the previous version remains available for comparison.
Are my files kept confidential?
Files are used only for this translation and are not made public; we can sign a confidentiality agreement if needed.
How long does translation take?
Roughly 15 minutes per page depending on complexity. Once your job enters the dedicated queue you can track real-time progress in your history, and you'll get an email notification when it's done.
